Stoic Bombshell Jacket - Men's

Thanks for the help! One last question...I've never skied with a non-insulated jacket before and that is one of my biggest decisions right now (whether to go with this one or the other insulated jacket). I do most of my skiing in the northeast around New Jersey/New York area, with a trip up to Vermont every winter. With no insulation, would a jacket like this offer enough warmth?

Factoring in layering and all, does anyone have a specific temperature range for which they feel this jacket would be comfortable? What about the insulated jacket? Or the Stoic Welder Hi Softshell?

Thanks a lot!

I'm 6'1" or so and 150lbs, 32" waist...lanky, you could say. I also get cold quite easily. Will a medium give me enough room to add layers? Also, will I need to add layers? From what scarce info I can find on the web, the liner is 270g fleece...am I correct in believing that that's pretty freakin warm?
