This may seem dumb but, how does the harness go on? Do I need a PHD in doggy harnesses to get this on my pup. He's name is Cheechoo who happens to be a real kick butt ice hockey player and I don't want to make him look bad due to my inability to do anything mechanical. He is a star you know. Also, can they slip out of this harness? Cheech seems to be able to get out of anything that's not around his neck. Thanks for the input.
