Marmot Col EQ Sleeping Bag: -20 Degree Down

I currently have a +15 down bag that I use for Spring/Fall backpacking in the mountains of NM and CO. I'm considering doing some winter backpacking and was wondering which of the Marmot down bags (Lithium, Col EQ, CWM EQ) would be best. The Lithium at 0 deg wouldn't seem to be a larger enough temperature difference to justify, and the CWM might be over kill. So, I'm leaning towards the Col EQ but, I wanted to get someone's opionion. Also, I tend to be a warm sleeper.

Marmot CWM EQ Sleeping Bag: -40 Degree Down

How does this compare with the Mountain Hardware Ghost. I have looked at the specifications and most of them are close to identical. What have you heard from past customers?

I noticed the out shell is composed of different material. How does this affect its resistance to water and which one would be better protected?

I am specifically looking to purchase one of these bags for an expedition on Denali.

Thanks,
Jake
