Helly Hansen Duro Softshell Jacket - Men's

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a soft shell jacket that's good for day-to-day use during the winter in the north east. something that will resist the rainy/sleety days, but won't cause me to over heat in class. price isn't really an issue, mostly just water resistance, but i'd like to to be warm enough for the cooldest, crappyiest days, yet still flexible for the warmer ones, any ideas, let me know
