If I would buy an XL, the only thing, that is way to big is the hip. If there would be a rubber band or an elastic hem cord, I would buy the jacket in XL, if not, I would buy it in L. So, my questions are:1. Does this jacket have an elastic hem cord?2. Which fabric is on the inside?
