What size of Rapid transits should I go with being a strong agresive tele at 5'8" 165lbs. The salesman says to go with the 171 but I have never skied on that short of a board and am concerned it may not be enough ski.

I've been learning to ski the past couple seasons (i'm a snowboarder of about 15 years) and have a pair of G3 Ticket skis right now. They work pretty good on groomer and in a little powder, but i don't feel like they float enough.

These are a bunch wider but i'm not sure how long i should get. I'm 6'0" and 210 lbs. I ride wide boards and like a 158-164.

Hi! So I have this problem of being too short for equipment

Black Diamond Zealot Ski

Hi! So I have this problem of being too short for equipment I want to use as is the case with the Zealots - why doesn't BD make them in a 172?! Anyway - is the Justice 175 a good 2nd choice to the Zealots? I'm looking for a one-ski-quiver tele ski (i'm in SLC). I am an ex alpine racer so i like to ski fast and steep, but also I like making turns. The 175 will definitely still be a little long for me, but do you have any other suggestions for a good touring/Alta ski? (I'll probably mount them with BD 01s or hammerhead bindings). Thanks!!

Rossignol SYSTEM S7 Pro Mancini Ski

I was thinking of getting the System S7 , but can't decide on size. I am 5'7" and 150lbs. A solid telemark skier that can ski all terrain. Currently I ride the Sickbirds in 178 as my everyday ski. Should I get the 176 Systems or 188. I know wit the rocker it will ski much shorter. I am worried that the 176 will ski way to short. Thoughts

Black Diamond Justice Ski

I have another dreaded sizing question...

I am 5' 10" and 145 lbs and typically use skis in the 170-180 range, what size do you think would work best for me? Right now I am leaning towards the 175s because this will be a touring setup (dynafits) and I typically don't ski that aggressively. However, after looking at the actual running lengths of the ski at bd's website it would seem that I could bump it up to the 185 length and have about the same running length as a 170 traditional ski.

Any thoughts?

It will be skied in Continental snowpack. Is it a good choice? any other suggestion ? Maybe something like a BD Havoc (165/175) or G3 Spitfire (170) might be better suited ?...
