Patagonia Footwear Drifter GTX Hiking Shoe - Men's

I am interested to purchase the Patagonia Drifter Gtx for men but before I order them I want to make sure that the size I am ordering is right. I normally wear a size 10, will it be the same for Patagonia Drifter. My foot is a bit on the narrow side.
