<title>I need a two unit bike rack that will clear a rear mounted spare</title>
<link>http://www.backcountry.com/outdoorgear/Yakima-DoubleDown-2-Bike-Rack/YAK0238M.html?CMP_ID=QRSS_138317#question_138317</link>
<description>Yakima DoubleDown 2 Bike Rack&#x3C;br /&#x3E;&#x3C;br /&#x3E;I need a two unit bike rack that will clear a rear mounted spare tire on a RV.&#x3C;br /&#x3E;The 2&#x26;quot; receiver face opening is 12&#x26;quot; inside of the outer surface of the spare tire (enclosure), so I estimate the overall tongue length of the rack would be about 16&#x26;quot; ( to the upright element of the rack). Does the Yakima Double Down unit fit these parameters?</description>

I have a recumbent --which means it is longer and heavier than a regular bike, plus we have a regular sized bike. Any suggestions on how to carry these two bikes on the Rav4?
