NiteRider MiNewt.X2 Rechargable Bike Light

I see the battery is strapped (mounted) to the stem in the picture; my bike has a very short stem, to short (73mm/28 degree) to mount a battery to it. Does the system have a cord long enough to strap the battery to the top tube or a bottle cage?

Serfas TL-600 Taillight

1. Want to use on a motorcycle. Can it be attached to the top edge (say 4 to 6 inches long) and side edges (about 3 inches high) of a motorcycle license plate? Plate is vertical on back fender.
2. Do you have an LED light bar (all red lights), about five inches long that could be used for this application?
3. Any red LED lights for motorcycles?
4. Do have any other product suggestions?
