Heritage Kayaks RedFish 12 Angler Fishing Kayak

I live in CO where I fish mostly cold water lakes and occasionally up to Class II streams (example: Colorado River between Pumphouse and Radium). I also every couple of years make a trip to the gulf coast of Florida to fish the bays.Questions: 1) I am looking at the Redfish 12 and the Native Ultimate 12. Would these be good choices?2) Am I better off to get the standard rather than the fishing model to make my own decision on additions for fishing? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

They are exactly the same, but L.L.Bean throws in a nice fishing package and all for $499. Now the only drawback with them for me is that it is a 6-8 week delivery. That is totally unacceptable. How much work is it to setup one of these with anchor kit and Rod holder?
