Petzl MYO XP Headlamp

All right...I looked at the performance chart and it does look like XP lasts longer and the RXP looks like it could go for a couple one night events before changing the batteries. I use it all year round and live in Pennsylvania. I tend to use it more in the winter time due to the shorter daylight hours. Does it seem worth it to get the XP or RXP based on this? I am very indecisive when it comes to decisions like these. The RXP is not much more than the XP but I am not sure about the programming. After looking at the charts it seems like the RXP is brighter but the XP has longer burn times. It doesn’t seem like the RXP is that much brighter either or at least by a large amount. Seeing how I am not going on any long overnight journeys, I think I am going to go with the RXP, mainly because it is a little brighter and you can use lithium batteries. The batteries seem like they will give it a better performance in the cold. Does this sound like a reasonable excuse to upgrade or is it better to stick with what everyone says has been working well? Your thoughts. I can’t decide for myself here.

Petzl MYO XP Headlamp

Is it worth it to get the RXP due to the lithium batteries option? How much longer does it last in the winter time. The different lighting levels seem like they would be good but it looked like the light does not last as long. I would only use it for one night events so I don't know if it is worth the upgrade. I have a different headlamp now but I am looking for one that has a focused beam as well.

Petzl Corax Harness - Men's

I just received this harness today and it seems a little odd. Compared with the leg straps (or even with my old Petzl Corax harness), the ends of the webbing for the waist-harness are folded over and sewn in the wrong direction. Shouldn't they be pointed out so that they can catch on the elastic keeper and outside of the buckle? Can anyone help?

Petzl Quark Ice Axe

So I have used the Petzl Aztars before for solid vertical ice and I really like the balance of them and the feel and shape of the handle. Overall I really liked them. So my question is how do these tools compare to the Aztars? The reason I don't just get the Aztars is because I really like the lease and the trigger on these? Is there any other major differences I should be aware of?
