Lowa Zephyr GTX Mid Hiking Boot - Men's

I have narrow feet, and these have been recommended to me as a boot that is snugger. However, I also read some reviews that mention that they also run a little short than normal sizing. Has anyone experienced a problem with the length of these boots (not the width, running narrow is what I'm looking for)?
Thanks

Lowa Renegade GTX Mid Hiking Boot - Men's

I noticed that some of the Lowa Men's Renegade boots have different styles of loops above the boot heel. Some have a smaller thinner loop with "Renegade" written on it and others have a striped loop that looks more substantial. Are these two different year models of boots? I wondered if one has upgraded features from the previous year....or are they the same boot? Thanks.

Lowa Renegade GTX Mid Hiking Boot - Men's

Purchased the Zephyr Mid half size up from my normal running shoe size and they fit perfectly. Definately want to get a pair of these (or the Lowa Renegade LL mid, non GTX for warmer temps). I presume ordering a half size up again will be the way to go? Any ideas on sizing?

I usually buy wide width shoes, though medium width shoes and boots with a nice big toe box are a better bet when available.

Specifically interested in the Lowas because of the polyurethane midsole. Sick of EVA midsoles going pancake on me after a few months.

Lowa Banff Pro Backpacking Boot - Men's

Hi. I bought these boots a while ago now and really like everything about them. The soles are about worn through in places. I plan to wear them till my toes touch the ground. I brought them to a local, grouchy, cobbler who didn't impress me as someone who would resole them correctly. I was hoping he'd have a sole to match the one on the boot (I think it's fairly common) but he didn't. Anyway, does anyone know how or where I can get these boots reliably resoled? Thanks for your time.

Lowa Renegade GTX Mid Hiking Boot - Women's

I'm still in search of boots for a Philmont trek with my son this summer. I tried another pair of boots with a less flexible sole and quite bit heavier but after backpacking in them they were just too klunky and did not fit well. These boots are so comfortable but I worry that the soles are not as rigid as other boots. So my question is: are these boots "Philmont-worthy"?

PS. I weigh 115 lbs, so pack can be at max 35 pounds (i.e., max load will be about 150lbs)
