I have been on Garmont Ener-G's for the last 2 pairs of boots. Last yr's model gave out mid-season - they bulge out at the instep when I put pressure on the tongue. I have had the liners re-formed, but it has not helped. I am leaning toward the T1's because they seem to be more versatile.
