Princeton Tec Eos Bike Light

I see a velcro mount that could be use in conjunction with a bicycle helmet. Does this come with an elastic headstrap to use off the bike? I want to also use it for hiking/backpacking and other misc chores around the house that might require my hands to be free.

UPDATE:
Just found out that this model got updated with a 1w Rebel lens (50 lumens) and now includes the accessory headstrap for off bike use. The one on this page is the older 25 lumen model.
